His expertise includes due diligence reviews related to corporate mergers and acquisitions, securities flotations, issuance of comfort letters, share valuation work, review of internal audit function and preparation of accounting manuals for banks, and development of a risk management framework for derivatives operations.

Performs circular reviews for both International and domestic equity and bond offerings including offerings under Rule 144A.
