Sustainability for Accountant (MICPA-CAANZ) of TYMBA Education
Muhammad Shaqib bin Shahrilnizam is a seasoned climate, flood, and biodiversity finance analyst with over eight years of technical experience spanning international intergovernmental, government, and private sectors.
His core expertise includes conservation, climate, and flood finance, supported by advanced economic valuation techniques, technical report writing, and strategic policy advisory. He has led multi-million-ringgit projects, coordinated extensive stakeholder engagements, and provided data-driven policy insights that have influenced sustainable development strategies on a global scale.
Muhammad’s technical acumen in project management, fiscal policy, and ESG integration, combined with his proficiency in quantitative risk modeling and economic analysis, underpins his reputation as a thought leader in climate governance.
Currently serving as Sustainability for Accountant (MICPA-CAANZ) at TYΜΒΑ Education. His past roles include Junior Associate (Analyst) at Nusanterra Consulting, Climate Finance Policy Consultant, and Climate Policy Researcher (Special Officer) for the Johor State Government. He also served as the Climate Finance Youth Focal Point for the UNFCCC Standing Committee on Finance.
As a speaker, mentor, and facilitator, Muhammad delivers structured, high-impact presentations at international forums and conferences. His ability to translate complex financial instruments and environmental data into actionable strategies makes him a compelling voice for audiences seeking rigorous, evidence-based approaches to sustainable finance and environmental policy.

Sim Chankiriroth is a prominent figure in Cambodia’s accounting, finance, and FinTech space, with over 20 years of experience at senior executive and advisory levels, as well as in entrepreneurship. He is a Technical Advisor to the Accounting and Auditing Regulator (ACAR) and the CEO & Founder of BanhJi, an award-winning FinTech startup driving financial inclusion.
Kiriroth is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and the Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA). He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
