So Dary is Partner and Head of Corporate Services at KPMG in Cambodia. She has more than more than 18 years experiences advising and assisting clients to conduct trouble free business in Cambodia.
Dary has a diverse experience and works with clients across numerous business functions to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations in Cambodia. Dary oversees KPMG’s tax services and manages the delivery of a range of business solutions to clients which include taxes compliance and tax health check review, tax due diligence, tax advice on restructuring and tax planning strategy, accounting & financial management services, and corporate governance and risk management.

Patrick Cowley is Global Head of Restructuring of KPMG International. Besides serving as KPMG’s KPMG’s Global Head of our Restructuring Services network, he also leads KPMG’s restructuring and insolvency team in Hong Kong (SAR), China. Patrick brings 25 years of experience in Asia, having conducted a range of restructuring, insolvency and exit planning assignments around the region, after arriving in Hong Kong just as the Asian Economic Crisis was approaching in 1996. Since the Global Financial Crisis of 2008, Patrick has overseen some of the region’s largest insolvencies in that period, such as the Hong Kong based operations of Lehman Brothers and MF Global and has wide experience of managing projects around the region, including in China, Japan, Philippines and Thailand. In addition to these major financial services cases, Patrick has extensive local and cross-border experience in the retail, manufacturing, transport, and logistics sectors

Tim Kramer is Director, Head of Special Situations Group at KPMG in Vietnam and Cambodia. He has 10 years of experience in advising private and public sector clients and their stakeholders on cost optimization, cash & working capital optimization, turnaround, financial restructuring and deal value creation projects across Asia, Europe and the Americas.
Tim specializes in leading cross-functional teams to identify and delivertangible financial improvement opportunities across situations of underperformance, stress, distress and deals. In Vietnam and Cambodia, Tim has supported national corporates, multinational corporations, state-owned entities, growth companies, private equity investors and sovereign wealth funds to identify and deliver EBITDA, cash & working capital and capital structure improvements.
Tim is a member of KPMG’s ASPAC Restructuring Center of Excellence, responsible for continuously evolving and promoting our leading practice Restructuring and Turnaround methodology across the ASPAC region.

Shawn Lim is Director of Advisory Services at KPMG in Cambodia. He has experience in providing advisory services across the full M&A life cycle on the buy and the sell side for corporate and financial clients. Specific services include sell side services, market studies and strategy, commercial and financial due diligence, financial modelling, and investment structuring. Though out the course of his career, he has advised on deals in Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar, Vietnam and Cambodia. To date, he has advised over 50 transactions with
experience across all sectors, in particular with a focus on consumer products.
