COURSE OUTLINE
- The course will start with the introduction to ISQM 1, ISQM 2 and ISA 220 (Revised)
- The Course will then explain the foundation of ISQM 1 which is the firm’s risk assessment process.
- The course will also go through a more in-depth discussion ISQM by explaining the eight quality objectives the firm is required to establish.
- Lastly, the speaker will share examples for each of the eight quality objectives.

Ms. Molyzana Hangsophath
Assurance Partner, PwC Cambodia
Zana is a partner in the Assurance Services practice of PwC Cambodia and has over 20 years of experience, including three years with PwC New Zealand. She is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) – London, United Kingdom and a Governing Council member of Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA). She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specialist in accounting from National University of Management.
She has expertise in providing assurance services to multinational clients and domestic companies in Cambodia. She is dedicated to serving PwC’s clients in various industries, including manufacturing, telecommunication, hospitality, trading, insurance and financial services (microfinance institutions and commercial banks). She has a good knowledge of IFRS/CIFRS, IFRS for SMEs/CIFRS for SMEs, NBC’s guidelines and ISAs/CISAs.
Zana is a PwC Cambodia Country Management team member. She supports them in implementing the System of Quality Management, which is part of the PwC global Quality Management for Service Excellence (QMSE) community. Zana has worked on QMSE monitoring across various SEAPEN regions.
Ms. Benilda C Fernando
Assurance Director, PwC Cambodia
Benilda Fernando has been in Cambodia since 1995, following time spent in Vietnam and her native Philippines. She has over 30 years of financial and accounting experience including financial audit, system evaluation and review, and tax planning providing services to the private and public sector clients in Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Philippines, Thailand, Bangladesh and Myanmar.
At PwC, she is a member of the management team and leads the Risk & Quality management and the Corporate Reporting Services. Benilda is a member of PwC global Quality Management for Service Excellence (QMSE) community. She is PwC Cambodia QMSE project leader and supports the Country Management Team in the implementation of the System of Quality Management. Benilda has co-led the QMSE monitoring across the SEAPEN region of PwC. Her work also takes her to perform Quality Management Review (firm-wide review) of different firms within PwC network.
She is a member of the Philippines Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors, where she served as member of the technical committee and the CPA programme (KICPAA national qualification).
