Mr. Seng Chanthan
Audit and Technical Partner of Fii&Associates Co., Ltd.
– Chanthan is the Audit and Technical Partner at Fii&Associates and has over 20 years of experience in financial audit with a year on secondment to Malaysia.
– Prior to joining Fii&Associates in 2020, Chanthan was an Audit Director at one of Big 4 with wide range of experiences in auditing various industries including financial services (bank, micro-finance), insurance, petroleum, telecommunication, hotel, engineering, media, manufacturing and retail industries, non-profit organisations and funded projects.
– Chanthan has served as technical expertise dealing and resolving audit and accounting issues. He also involves in numerous trainings both internal and external including APM training.

Mr. Chum Socheat
Tax Manager of Rajah & Tann Sok & Heng Law Office
– Prior to joining Rajah & Tann Sok & Heng Law Office as a tax manager in 2016, Socheat was an audit manager at one of the Big 4 accounting firms with wide range of experiences in auditing various industries including public listed companies, financial services (bank, micro-finance), telecommunication, logistics, hotel, media, manufacturing and retail industries, non-profit organizations and funded projects.
– Socheat also served as a trainer at one of the Big 4 accounting firm providing technical training to both internal and external clients.
– In addition, Socheat was a freelance consultant as a Quality Reviewer of Audit Quality Assurance Project of the Audit Quality Monitoring Committee (AQMC) of the Ministry of Economy and Finance in 2017, 2018, 2020, and 2021.
