Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA) is delighted to invite lecturers to participate in the training of trainers (TOT) under the topic “Challenges in Bookkeeping”. The training will take place on Friday, October 20, 2023 from 1:30 to 4:30PM. via the online Zoom Meeting platform. The training will be conducted by our honorable trainer, Mr. Chum Socheat, Tax manager and freelance consultant of Accounting and Audit.
This training aims to enhance the ability of teachers to:
1. Understand more about the real practice of bookkeeping
2. Teach Bookkeeping to be more effective through applying knowledge to practices
3. Increase the passing rate in the ATQ examination.
Note: A detailed agenda will be sent when the teachers have already registered.
A certificate of the training will be provided upon the completion of the session.

Mr. Chum Socheat
Trainer
Socheat is currently a tax manager at a regional law firm. He has been assisting multi-national and local clients on various tax and accounting matters including tax planning, tax disputes, tax audits, tax compliance and transfer pricing for the last 7 years. Socheat last held the position of Audit Manager at KPMG where he spent nearly 10 years in both Cambodia and the U.S. In addition to being a licensed Tax Agent, Socheat is also a full member of the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA), and the Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA).
