Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA) is pleased to invite the public, students, members, and professionals to join the “Exam Preparation Course for TQ8” under the Accounting Technician Qualification (ATQ) program. This session will be led by Mr. NA Peoupagnarith, lecturer in law. This training course will be conducted in the Khmer language only on Monday, 5 May 2025, from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
This training course is designed specifically for the public and students to enhance their understanding of the key Cambodian business & company law principles, exam strategies, exam question analysis, how to avoid pitfalls, high-scoring techniques, and ATQ exam preparation tips.

Mr. Na Peoupagnarith
Lecturer in Law
In 2010, he graduated with a master’s degree in law from the Royal University of Law and Economy and Lyon 3 University of France. He has lectured on legal subjects at many universities for almost 15 years.
He developed textbooks and course syllabuses for bachelor’s and master’s degree programs for many universities and is also an exam question designer.
Besides his background and experiences in education programs, he is a government official appointed director of the Legal Affairs Department of the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) in March 2022. He has worked for the Legal Affairs Department of the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia since 2008. He has 17 years of experience in legal affairs, including complaint management, dispute resolution, legal opinion and consultation, investigation, and law enforcement.
